What is PEC?
Das „Sm@rtLine Plant & Engineering Center®“ (PEC) ist eine umfassende Lösung aus dem Hause AGU für die Organisation und Optimierung sicherheitsrelevanter Prüfprozesse in Unternehmen. PEC ermöglicht eine zentrale Verwaltung von Prüfungen in den Bereichen Explosionsschutz, funktionale Sicherheit und anderen wichtigen Sicherheitsaspekten und unterstützt Anwender dabei, Betreiberpflichten effizient zu erfüllen und Audits problemlos zu bestehen. Die schrittweise Digitalisierung der ursprünglich papierbasierten Prüforganisation erleichtert den Übergang und ermöglicht es, bestehende Daten sanft zu migrieren. Durch den Einsatz digitalisierter Workflows, wie der Nutzung von Tablets und automatisierten Auswertungen, reduziert PEC langfristig die Betriebskosten und entlastet die Mitarbeiter im täglichen Arbeitsalltag.

PEC-EX - Explosion Protection
PEC-EX is a modern tool for electrical and mechanical testing in hazardous areas. Based on legal requirements, test kits are offered for testing in consultation with the process and plant safety department at Currenta GmbH. The tests can be carried out using a tablet. The tests are managed in PEC-EX and stored with an electronic signature.

PEC Mobile
PEC Mobile for Android, Windows, and iOS mobile devices is a versatile tool for conducting PEC inspection workflows paperlessly. Inspections can be carried out offline, and the results can be transferred to PEC later via Wi-Fi or USB connection. In the future, direct online transfer will also be possible. Inspection-related documents can be viewed directly in the app in PDF format. Furthermore, PEC Mobile facilitates the inspection workflow with special features such as taking and saving photos of inspections (also for individual inspection sets), which are then also transferred to PEC.

AGU auf der SPS/Drives in Nürnberg
Auf der diesjährigen SPS/Drives Messe in Nürnberg waren wir mit unserem Produkt PEC am Stand unseres Kooperationspartners R. Stahl vor Ort.
Unsere Software für die papierlose Betriebs- und Anlagensicherheit wurde auf einer großen Videoleinwand vorgestellt und konnte an eigens dafür aufgebauten Rechnern auch ausprobiert werden.
